The Superintendent recommends and I so move to approve a 60-month lease from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2028 with AmCom at a monthly lease cost of $10,220 plus the following cost per impression if there is an overage of the contracted impressions, .0032 per black and white impression and .035 per color impression. |

General Fund
Compared to the last print management contract, this is a savings of $6,804 per year or $34,020 over five years which includes 59 multifunction machines and one printer. AmCom will donate $2,500 annually to CVSD and an option is for this donation to support the stadium and/or gym scoreboards. |
