The Superintendent recommends and I so move to approve the disposal of end of life cafeteria tables at the Primary School and Intermediate School to include 21 cafeteria tables at the Primary School and 22 cafeteria tables at the Intermediate School.

Recommendation for the Board Action:
|
The tables are at the end of life and 25-30 years old. They are beyond repair or not worth being repaired. Some are being held together with duct tape, parts are not available. The hinges and shocks are at end of life and the custodians can no longer fold some of them in the middle to clean under the tables at the end of the day wasting time and is inefficient.
DARREN: THE SUPERINTENDENT RECOMMENDS AND I SO MOVE TO APPROVE THE DISPOSAL OF END OF LIFE CAFETERIA TABLES AT THE PRIMARY SCHOOL AND INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL TO INCLUDE 21 CAFETERIA TABLES AT THE PRIMARY SCHOOL AND 22 CAFETERIA TABLES AT THE INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL.
