The Superintendent recommends and I so move to approve a 60-month lease from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2028 with AmCom at a monthly lease cost of $10,220 plus the following cost per impression if there is an overage of the contracted impressions, .0032 per black and white impression and .035 per color impression.

General Fund
Compared to the last print management contract, this is a savings of $6,804 per year or $34,020 over five years which includes 59 multifunction machines and one printer. AmCom will donate $2,500 annually to CVSD and an option is for this donation to support the stadium and/or gym scoreboards.
