Summary:
|
The lighting replacement project upgrading LED at the High School and Middle School parking lots and driveway is near completion. LED replacement light fixtures were ordered for $24,494 but due to a rebate the District acquired, the District’s total purchase price was $4,264, netting the District a total savings of $20,230. This encompassed 38 outdoor pole light fixtures, 89 LED drop-in fixtures, 30 Replacement LED Gym Fixtures, and 500 T8 to LED Bulbs/kits. The outdoor fixtures will be used at the High School and Middle School campus parking lots and driveway. The rest of the products will be used at all of the buildings. The return on investment for this LED project, including rental of a man lift, will be realized in approximately ten months.
