Recommendation for the Board Action:
|
Patricia Kyle is our former Payroll Specialist. She has expertise in the payroll module of Infinite Visions. As needed, she will provide training to the new Payroll Specialist to ensure continuity of payroll. Infinite Visions provides this service but the rate is $100 per hour plus expenses and is not familiar with Chartiers Valley’s payroll and benefits. Our new Accounting Manager is learning to be the backup to the Payroll Specialist.
DARREN: THE SUPERINTENDENT RECOMMENDS AND I SO MOVE TO APPROVE PATRICIA KYLE FOR CONSULTATION TRAINING SERVICES AS NEEDED ON THE INFINITE VISIONS PAYROLL MODULE AT THE RATE OF $30.00 PER HOUR, UP TO 30 HOURS.
