Motion to approve Change Order # GC-004 in the amount of $137,382.00 for improvements to the entire track at High School Stadium, inclusive of contractor concession and with the elimination of need and cost ($21,118.00) for installation of Petromat paving fabric between the existing asphalt binder course and the new wearing asphalt course, and with full reservation of rights by the District. The current remaining hard cost contingency for the High School Stadium renovation project is $176,551.70, with the remaining hard cost contingency following approval of the change order to be $39,169.70 (15.2% of original hard cost contingency remains).
