Motion to approve Change Order GC-005 for cost associated with upgrades to the exterior finishes of the existing electrical room which will remain. The total cost of the upgrade to the existing electrical room exterior is $70,788.00.
The original hard cost budget contingency for this project was $258,283.70. Prior to the approval of this change order, the remaining hard cost contingency was $39,169.70. Following the approval of this change order, the remaining hard cost contingency will be (-$31,618.30). At this time, the remaining soft cost contingency of $38,389.36 will be used to re-balance out the budget. |
